working on it April 3, 2009

three months are over and I feel that I accomplished a lot from my 1001/101 list – I drew a pic in the fan-theme section in the japanese oekaki bbs, it was really fun. yes Ali al Saachez is one of the most hated characters in Gundam 00, but I think that what adds to his charm… he’s a killer, child manipulator and war addict… TwT
I managed prove my worth in my job place, and finally my boss decided to trust me with 1/3 of the work flow, I am proud to say that now I have my own forms, I can go into the lab and work on samples by myself, aaaand I’m the official reagent stock-keeper. it sounds unimportant and silly, but for someone who started working just a year ago, and a fresher, this is good , I think.
I also started taking lunch to eat in my 30 mins break, never knew it’ll be that much of stress, it’s hard to think what pack…everyday, and packing itself is a stress, because I don’t have access to a fridge or microwave in my work place, I have to pack something that will look as fresh as possible after 6 hours from the time I made it, and also will be in a the optimum temperature to eat. so far, sandwiches are the best to pack, although some breads go a bit stale-like by the time I eat them, but I think I’m improving.

yaay obentou is healthier and to your taste *_* (instead of going to the canteen just to find that its closed for the day or fresh out of your favorite meal T_T)
hmmm well i dont know what ‘cant’ go stale in 6 hours, but as i learn about food because of making fos7a food for my sister XD
i think it would be better and less stressful if you pack it the night before (or at least prepare the ingredients if it has to be freshly made) try to keep quick ingredients always ready in the fridge at home, mathalan: ready to fry sambosa, boiled potatoes for when you want potatoe salad, or mash them up and mix with salted cheese to make fried potato balls XD
also, breads, spreads and fruits will make life easier T_T french toast is awesome (although scary with M&Ms LOL ) but it goes cold easily T_T maybe if you have one of those medicine bags that come in several sizes and is water proof (it has a plastic bag inside to insert ice without getting the contents wet) i’m not sure what they call them D’X but we have a pack and even though its wonky and drips sometimes, but you might find something of good quality, then you can either add ice to keep your food cold, or you can add a hot-press pack inside the pocket to keep the food warm *_* ♥
isnt there anything easy you can ‘cook’ at work? a square of kiri cheese packed without being opened, and some crackers and a small spoon, would go great as a snack without having to fill it up beforehand XDDDDD
i hope that was helpful hohoho *_* ♥♥♥
